I've built my practice providing a holistic, therapeutic massage geared to the individual's need, whether it happens to be pain relief, stress reduction, or a relaxation massage.  Most times it's all of those items!   I don't have a one-size-fits-all massage -- it's geared to what you tell me you want.

In my off-time, I also receive a lot of massage and bodywork.  I read and study about different massage techniques, and watch a lot of You Tube videos pertaining to massage techniques (and cute animal videos!)  I have an interest in gardening, herbs, personal training, and natural foods.
